H. Sparrow & Company is a San Francisco brand which was created in 2014 by Monique Ramos. H. Sparrow & Company references the Harris's Sparrow. Monique considers the sparrow her power animal and throughout her travels she is continually amazed at what problem solving and hardworking little creatures the sparrow proves to be.
As you look through our website you may notice an emphasis on items that one could take to the beach. While we are all big believers in any beach during any season. We also think our clothing and accessories transcend landscapes and will become the pieces you grab every day, all year long in any part of the world. Whether it's a bathing suit cover up, layers of cashmere for a bonfire or looking chic day to day these pieces will become part of your life. They will become your favorites.

Some words from our founder
Most of my fashion career was spent working in large companies with big budgets. When branching out to create my own brand I wanted to see if I could scale things back. To offer a stripped down vision of a lifestyle and fashion brand that embodies the culmination of everything I've learned during my career and also in my personal life. Part of that vision is using technology in a very simple way that organically connects with like minded clients. By using only an iPhone I've photographed clothing and accessories by designers I respect. I've been lucky enough to have some of my friends participate in photo shoots as models, photographers and stylists and now I'm ready to present something I'm very proud of.
The idea behind H. Sparrow & Company is a simple concept. I wanted to offer a specific lifestyle and vibe on line but be able to offer the same sort of service that one might find in a boutique environment. At H. Sparrow & Co. we strive to curate a focused group of clothing and accessories that are THE perfect items for this moment and beyond.
We are here to listen and evolve. Whether it's an email, phone call or working by appointment we hope to grow into a favorite option for those women that connect with our style. By editing our vision down to the most important pieces every season we are able to fully stand behind every item. We don't have anything unnecessary that we feel lukewarm about.
While our hope is to offer luxury without a brick and mortar shop, we hope to be able to grow our business into pop up locations in our favorite towns in the coming months.
